1. What You're Enrolling In · 关于这个课程

2nd Brain Intensive is a 2-day in-person intensive, held on 26–27 September 2026 (10:00am to 6:00pm daily) at Kaloz EDU, Shah Alam. Seats are limited to 20, on a first-paid-first-confirmed basis.

2nd Brain Intensive 是为期 2 天的线下实战培训, 日期 2026年9月26(六)-27(日) (每日早上10点到傍晚6点), 地点 Kaloz EDU, Shah Alam。席位限额 20 位, 缴费顺序确认名额。

2. Enrolment & Payment · 缴费与席位确认

Your seat is confirmed only upon full payment. Seats are confirmed in order of payment received.

全额缴费后席位才正式保留, 我们按缴费顺序确认名额。

3. Refund Policy · 退款政策

Course fees are non-refundable once paid. This is a 20-seat hands-on class: once your seat is confirmed, someone else is turned away. We will not let your seat go to waste, so please see Section 4.

本课程报名费一经缴付, 不设退款 (non-refundable)。因为这是 20 人小班实战课, 你的席位一旦确认, 就意味着另一个人无法报名。但我们不会让你的名额白白浪费, 请看第 4 条。

4. Transfer & Deferral · 名额转让与顺延

If you can't attend, you have two options instead of losing your seat:

如果你无法出席, 你有两个选择, 而不是损失席位:

• Transfer · 转让: Pass your seat to someone else by notifying us in writing (WhatsApp / email) at least 7 days before the course, with the replacement's name and contact. 在开课前至少 7 天以书面 (WhatsApp / email) 通知我们, 并提供接替者的姓名与联络方式, 即可把名额转让给他人。
• Deferral · 顺延: Defer your seat to the next intake by notifying us in writing at least 14 days before the course. Each seat may be deferred once. 在开课前至少 14 天以书面通知我们, 即可把名额顺延到下一期; 每个名额可顺延一次。
• No-show · 缺席: Failure to attend without prior notice forfeits the seat, with no transfer, deferral, or refund. 未提前通知而当天缺席, 名额视为已使用, 不设转让、顺延或退款。

5. Changes by the Organiser · 主办方的权利

In the event of insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, venue issues, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.), Kaloz Production Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the course. If we cancel, you may defer to the next intake or receive a full refund. This is the only situation in which a refund applies.

如遇报名人数不足或不可抗力 (天灾、场地问题、疫情、政府管制等), Kaloz Production Sdn Bhd 保留改期或取消课程的权利。若因我方原因取消课程, 你可选择顺延到下一期, 或获得全额退款。 这是唯一的退款情形。

6. Recording · 课堂录制

This is a fully in-person intensive with no online recording. The fee does not include any video replay. To protect all participants, attendees may not record audio or video during the session.

本课程为纯线下实战, 没有线上录播 (no online recording), 报名费不含任何录像回放。为保障所有学员, 学员不得在课堂内自行录音或录像。

7. Photography & Content · 照片与内容使用

We may capture photos and video during the course for future promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, please inform our team on-site.

我们可能在课程期间拍摄照片或影片作日后宣传用途。若你不希望入镜, 请当天现场告知工作人员。

8. Privacy · 个人资料

Your personal data is used only for enrolment, communication, and course-related notices. We do not resell it to third parties, and we handle it in line with Malaysia's PDPA.

你提供的个人资料仅用于报名、沟通与相关通知, 我们不会转售给第三方, 处理方式符合马来西亚 PDPA。
